Return policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any problems with the products you receive, you can return or exchange your product.

• Return Period: The product can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

• Return Policy: The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with its tags. Used or damaged products cannot be returned.

• Return Process: After you submit your return request to our customer service, you can send the product to the nearest return point or by cargo.

• Refund: Once the return is approved, the amount you paid will be refunded within 14 days at the latest. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.

• Product Exchange: If you would like to exchange for the same or a similar product, we will assist you upon your request.
